The Board of Directors oversees the management of the Academy. They are responsible for supervising the executive director and the principal. They meet monthly. The meetings are open to the parents and the public upon request.

The executive director oversees the actions of the principal who in turn is responsible for the general running of the school, the development program, and the marketing efforts of the Academy. All other staff is answerable to the principal.
